Emergency Communication Assistant
1. Ensure and run the Emergency Security Communication Systems and Functions according to the up-to-date office mandate. Monitor and track UN mission vehicles’ movement to ensure security measures and protocols.
2. Inspect and access the emergency telecommunication system for any issues and failures for reporting to Radio Telecom Associate and Senior Emergency Communication Assistant.
3. Formulate, prepare and communicate local, regional, and national security incident and situation reports for the UN Department of Safety and Security.
4. Maintain and manage securely sensitive data of mission operations according to the UN rules and regulations.
5. Design and implement a radio communication tree within the UN system, donors, government bodies, and international organizations during crisis management for effective and efficient communication. -

Outreach and Support Worker

2. To provide a regular outreach service to street-based children and young people and families (SCYP) at risk aged 0-26 years old in WTMY current and new communities
3. To manage a caseload and provide one-to-one key work with young people and whole families who are experiencing complex needs and crises. To carry out holistic assessments, goal setting, and interventions using evidence-based, solution-focused, young people-centered approaches.
4. To plan and run social work department programs like kids club, young people panel, outreach support, casework support, monthly healthy bodies, climb for kids, mother and babies group, and risk assessment of each program.
5. Recording and documentation of social work department file both online and offline.
